A Deeper Look Beyond Your Annual Physical Exam
The Lab Testing Process
All specialty lab tests must be ordered directly through Rhonda by email. They cannot be ordered through this website.
- Email Rhonda to discuss your concerns and determine which test may be most appropriate for you.
- Before ordering, Rhonda will explain the test, the total price, and what is included.
- After payment, the laboratory will send your test kit. Depending on the test selected, collection may involve saliva, stool, urine, blood, or a combination.
- Complete the test according to the laboratory’s instructions and return your samples as directed. (A prepaid FEDEX bag will be included for an easy return.)
- When your results are available, Rhonda will schedule your included 30-to-45-minute phone consultation to review and provide an educational interpretation of the findings.
- Any in-depth follow-up consultation or individualized plan for food choices, nutrition, supplements, and lifestyle will be scheduled and priced separately.
Learn what specialty lab testing can reveal and how the process works.
Are you tired during the day, feeling “wired” at night, waking in the early morning, or having difficulty managing stress? This simple, noninvasive test uses saliva samples that you collect in the privacy of your own home and mail directly to the laboratory. It examines your cortisol patterns throughout the day and can provide helpful clues about your body’s stress response. Rhonda helps you understand the results and identify practical food, nutrition, and lifestyle steps to support healthier energy, sleep, and resilience.
This comprehensive stool test is completed privately in your own home and provides a detailed look at the health of your digestive system and gut microbiome. It evaluates beneficial and potentially harmful bacteria, yeast, parasites, digestive function, intestinal inflammation, and immune activity. Because the gut and brain communicate with one another, imbalances in the microbiome may also be associated with changes in mood, cravings, energy, and overall well-being. Although the test does not diagnose depression, it may uncover gut imbalances that could be an important part of understanding how you feel. Rhonda explains the findings and helps you identify individualized food, nutrition, and lifestyle next steps.
Depending on your individual needs, Rhonda can help you select an Organic Acids Test or a more comprehensive nutritional profile. Collection may involve urine alone or both urine and blood. The testing evaluates nutrient levels and nutrient-related markers, showing which nutrients may be high, low, or out of balance. It also provides information about possible toxic exposures, oxidative stress, detoxification pathways, mitochondrial energy production, and bacterial and yeast imbalances. Rhonda explains what the findings mean and helps you identify individualized food, nutrition, and lifestyle next steps.
- Adrenal Health Test: $270
- GI Microbiome Test: $575
- Organic Acids Test (OAT): $729
